Computer Access at Bear Point Community Library

General Infomation:

The Library is equipped with three desktop computers and one laptop, running Windows XP, Vista or 7. Also installed is Miscroft Office, where you can use Word to type a document, Powerpoint to make a presentation, Excel to work on a spreadsheet or Acess to develop a database. All four computers are connected to the SuperNet, so you can enjoy high speed internet access. All of the computers have USB ports, this is great way to transfer files using a thumb drive or flash drive. These can be purchased at the library. Blank CDs are also available for $1.00 each.

Printing is available for a fee. There is both a laser printer and photo color printers.

Other tech equipment that is available for community use is a Sony digital camera and a data projector. Talk to us at the library for more information on using these items.
